WHO ARE WE
VLNS was created by two people with a combined 20+ years of military service and more than 12 years of experience as snipers.
The brand comes directly from that environment. It was built around the people, experiences, trades and communities we’ve been surrounded by throughout our careers.
Our backgrounds explain where VLNS comes from, but the brand was never meant to be about us. The focus is the clothing, the stories behind it and the community it represents.
OUR CORE
VLNS is built around brotherhood, discipline, humility and respect for the craft.
The military is made up of countless trades, specialties and communities, each with its own culture and identity. Infantry, artillery, engineers, support trades and everything in between all have their own stories, traditions and experiences.
Those are the things we want to represent through our clothing.
We don’t want to pretend to be something we’re not, and we don’t want VLNS to become a personality-driven brand.
The collective comes first.
OUR VISION
Our vision is to build a clothing brand rooted in military culture and authentic to the people who actually live it.
Our collections take inspiration from real military trades, equipment, history and experiences. Some designs are serious, some more aggressive, and others come from the humour that naturally exists within the military community.
The goal is simple: represent the culture, the trades and the people behind the uniform.
WHERE WE WANT TO TAKE VLNS
We want VLNS to grow into a recognizable military apparel brand that represents communities beyond our own.
We want to work with people from different trades, units, backgrounds and countries to create pieces that actually mean something to the people wearing them.
As VLNS grows, the principle stays the same:
